The Ps is crowded with allot of dogs, it is spring and the females are entering heats….and the authorities, that should encourage us in making more adoptions they block us in every way they can making more and more rules and delaying the castrations. This beautiful girl was probably in heat and was bited by the other girls in her cage. Her chances of surviving are minimal, the vet Andrei is doing all he can to save her right now.
